in which i am loving Haruki Murakami, who reduces me to a heap of mushy goo

Recently came across Haruki Murakami's very short story, "On Seeing The 100% Perfect Girl One Beautiful April Morning" and was reminded how much I loved his work. I saw a short film based on this a few years back that was just wonderful.

I highly recommend The Elephant Vanishes to anyone. As proof, I offer an online copy of "On Seeing The 100% Perfect Girl One Beautiful April Morning." It's one page long: go on and read it, you won't regret it. Better yet, read this illustrated version.
