OxenFree is a non- profit working with indigent and homeless teenagers in Indianapolis. A resource coordinator recently put out a call asking for sock donations- apparently, they go through socks like you wouldn’t believe. I found this through some of my knitting groups- there are plenty of knitters who look for opportunities to expend excess knitting- but regular old store- bought socks would be a blessing, too. (They could also use toothbrushes, toothpaste, and sanitary supplies.)
